Refund Policy

1. General Policy

 

At Digital Marketing Agency, we aim to deliver high-quality services. However, due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.

 


2. No Refund After Work Starts

 

Once a project has:

  • Started
  • Been assigned to a team
  • Work has been initiated

👉 No refund will be provided

 


3. Advance Payments

 
  • Advance payments are non-refundable
  • Used for resource allocation, planning, and setup
  •  

4. Monthly Services (SEO / Marketing)

 

For services like:

  • SEO
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Ads Management

👉 Payments are:

  • Non-refundable once the billing cycle starts
  • Can be cancelled for next month with prior notice
 

5. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds may be considered ONLY if:

  • Work has not started
  • Payment was made by mistake
  • Service cannot be delivered by us
 

6. Partial Refunds

 

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Project is cancelled midway
  • Based on work already completed
 

7. Client Responsibility

 

Client must:

  • Provide correct requirements
  • Give timely feedback
  • Approve work stages

Delays from client side do NOT qualify for refunds.

 


8. Chargebacks

 
  • Unauthorized chargebacks are strictly prohibited
  • Legal action may be taken if fraudulent disputes occur
 

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Notice period: 7 days before next billing cycle
