- Been assigned to a team
- Work has been initiated
No refund will be provided

3. Advance Payments

- Advance payments are non-refundable
- Used for resource allocation, planning, and setup

4. Monthly Services (SEO / Marketing)

For services like:
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Ads Management
Payments are:
- Non-refundable once the billing cycle starts
- Can be cancelled for next month with prior notice

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered ONLY if:
- Work has not started
- Payment was made by mistake
- Service cannot be delivered by us

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:
- Project is cancelled midway
- Based on work already completed

Client must:
- Provide correct requirements
- Give timely feedback
- Approve work stages
Delays from client side do NOT qualify for refunds.
